How do I get a student ID card?

Requests for a Student ID Card can be done in person or online.
Online requests can be submitted through the Student ID Card Request form.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your Student ID Card application within 2 University business days.
You can elect to have your ID Card posted to the mailing address listed in your Student Centre, or you can choose to collect your ID Card at a USQ Campus.

If you are part of Bachelor of Nursing (BNSG), Bachelor of Midwifery (BMID) or Bachelor of Paramedicine (BPSC), you will also require a Placement Card in order to successfully complete the Placement requirement of your Program. A Placement Card will be automatically printed when you request your Student ID Card.
Please note that you will need to:
- produce a current photographic identification document such as your Driver's Licence, Proof of Age Card or Passport to request and/or collect your Student ID Card
- be currently enrolled and wait two hours after enrolling before requesting your card.
