Why didn't I get my results via SMS?

There are a number of reasons why you may not have received your results via SMS.

These can include the following:

1. You are not a resident in Australia with an Australian mobile number
2. You don't have a mobile number listed in the 'mobile' field of your Student Centre
3. You don't have a mobile number listed that is correct/current
4. You don't have a mobile number listed in the correct format (i.e. no area/country codes; spaces; symbols etc - phone number should just be 10 digits i.e. 0412345678)
5. You share your mobile with another UniSQ student  

If you didn't receive your results via SMS, you can still access your final grades from your Student Centre.
