Can I submit an assignment with a mobile device?

Mobile devices do not operate the same way as computers and not all mobile devices can perform the same tasks. The following instructions are from the point of uploading your document into the assignment and you are ready to submit an assignment in your course.

Uploading a document with an iPad or iPhone:

• click on Choose file button in the File picker
• you are offered to Take a Photo or Video or choose a file from the Photo Library
• you have very limited file upload choices on an iPad and iPhone

Uploading a document with an Android device:

• click on Choose file in the File picker (note this may display as a link not a button)
• the file can be located in the File Manager, the Gallery or an app such as Google (UDrive) or Dropbox etc

If you have issues submitting an assignment in your courses with a mobile device, it is recommended that you use a computer, as stated in the required hardware and software documentation.
