What do I do if I am having issues accessing UConnect?

If you are having problems accessing UConnect make sure:
- You have cleared your browser cache
- there are no unplanned system outages
- you have entered your UniSQ username and password correctly
- the 'Caps Lock' key on the keyboard is off as the password is case sensitive
You can reset your password via passwordreset.usq.edu.au.
If you have previously book marked a webpage and received an error message, try logging on to UConnect directly from the UniSQ homepage.
If you have attempted all of the above and are still having issues, please contact the iConnect team.
