How do I change my password?

NOTE: If access via UConnect is not possible, please go to passwordreset.usq.edu.au to reset your password.
- Log into UConnect
- Click on the User Profile button in the top right hand corner
- From the drop down select Password Reset and follow the prompts.
- The Password Reset screen will open
- Enter your username in the field
- Click on the next button
- The Verify your identity screen will open
- An email will be sent to the personal email listed on your student records
(Please see the note below to check or update your student records) - Locate and open the email
- A Password Reset Token will be contained in this email
- Take a note of the Password Reset Token
- Return to the website
- Enter the Password Reset Token
- Click on continue
- The Password reset screen will open
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the password
- Click on the next button
- Your password has been successfully reset
- You may now use your new password to access UniSQ systems
