How do I change my password?

NOTE: If access via UConnect is not possible, please go to passwordreset.usq.edu.au to reset your password.

  1. Log into UConnect
  2. Click on the User Profile button in the top right hand corner
  3. From the drop down select Password Reset and follow the prompts.
  4. The Password Reset screen will open
  5. Enter your username in the field
  6. Click on the next button
  7. The Verify your identity screen will open
  8. An email will be sent to the personal email listed on your student records 
    (Please see the note below to check or update your student records) 
  9. Locate and open the email
  10. A Password Reset Token will be contained in this email
  11. Take a note of the Password Reset Token
  12. Return to the website
  13. Enter the Password Reset Token
  14. Click on continue
  15. The Password reset screen will open
  16. Enter a new password
  17. Confirm the password
  18. Click on the next button
  19. Your password has been successfully reset
  20. You may now use your new password to access UniSQ systems
