How can I change or correct my name on my record?

You will need to submit a Name Change request via your Student Centre and include colour copies of appropriate supporting documentation, such as Marriage Certificate, Deed poll certificate or Birth Certificate.
To submit a Name Change request:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre
- Online Requests tile
- Add a New Request
- Name Change from menu items
Alternatively, you may submit a name change via your Student Centre, Personal Details tile.

- Personal Details tile
- Name menu item
- Click on your Primary Name and follow the prompts.
Once your name is updated, it is important to obtain a Student ID card with your new name on it as soon as possible.
