What TPP subjects do I need to study?
Updated

The courses you need to study in the Tertiary Preparation Pathway (TPP) will depend on which undergraduate program you are hoping to progress into.

To find the courses that are required for your program, please go to the Handbook. In the ‘Recommended enrolment pattern’ section you will see a table showing the required courses for each program. Required courses are courses you must successfully complete to be eligible to apply for an undergraduate program. We have also included courses for assumed knowledge and recommended study, which you can choose to study if you wish.

It is strongly recommended that students initially enrol in TPP0122 Study Management.

Students will normally also be directed to enrol initially in either TPP0111 Communicating at University A or in TPP0123 Communicating at University B on the basis of results of their TPP Academic Literacy Levels placement test.

If you need to study mathematics, the mathematics course you are eligible to enrol in initially will be determined from the results of your TPP mathematics placement test.

You will receive information on how to complete your academic literacy and/or mathematics placement tests once you receive an offer for the TPP.

Further information can be found in the TPP Handbook or by emailing USQCollege@usq.edu.au.
