What is my student number?

Each student or graduate has a 10-digit unique Student Number. When you commence your studies, you will be provided with your Student Number. 

Your Student Number will appear on your:

  1. UniSQ correspondence 
  2. Student ID card
  3. Enrolment verification
  4. Unofficial academic transcript
  5. Official Academic Transcript
  6. Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

Your UConnect login Username is created from your Student Number, with the first three digits of your student number being replaced by a letter:

  • Q = 001
  • D = 003
  • W = 005
  • U = 006
  • X = 000

For example, if your Username is U1234567, your Student Number is 0061234567.

At any stage, if you can't remember or find your Student Number, you may contact iconnect who will verify your personal details before providing you with your Student Number.
