How do I book an appointment for careers, counselling or advice?

Appointments are available face to face on each campus or via telephone or zoom.

  • Career Decision Making - if you are looking for guidance on your career direction, a change of career, enrolment advice, your program direction, selection of your major or have a general enquiry.
  • Skilling for employability - to understand your skills and how to apply them to the world of work. Looking for job search assistance, employment advice, graduate information, work experience, job application writing, mentoring, interview skills, or have a general enquiry.
  • Personal Counselling - to assist you if your current academic difficulty is negatively impacting your mental well-being or you would like emotional support in dealing with your stressors.
  • Student  Welfare Advice - provide advice on accommodation, Centrelink, financial support, grievance resolution/appeals/advocacy, hardship assistance, legal and JP services, Student Financial Loans, student safety,  Ally Network.
  • Accessibility and Disability Support - providing support for students who have a disability or medical condition that impact on their studies.

Book online:

You are required to complete the Client Details Form. Once approved by the Support for Learning team, you will be notified by email and will gain access to the online booking system. Log in to  Access and select the Appointments Tab at the top of your screen.

A list of appointment topics will be shown. Select the appropriate topics you would like to discuss and this will direct you to a calendar where you can select the appointment date, time and book the appointment.
