What does my application status mean?

When applying to UniSQ, your application can go through a number of different statuses:

  • In progress - your application has been started, but not yet submitted
  • Submitted - your application has been received by UniSQ for assessment
  • Under assessment - your application is being assessed by UniSQ staff
  • Additional information requested - UniSQ requires some additional information before we can complete assessment of your application
  • Held awaiting - your application is awaiting entry requirements to be confirmed or the program you have applied for is quota managed
  • Held Quota Managed - held for consideration of a place in the quota managed program
  • Updated by applicant - you've added additional information to your application
  • Offered - you've been made an offer by UniSQ that you now have to respond to - all you need to do is respond
  • Accepted - you've accepted your offer to study at UniSQ
  • Declined - you've turned down your offer to study at UniSQ
  • Rejected - your qualifications have not met the requirements to receive an offer
  • Deferred - you've accepted your offer to study at UniSQ, but have decided not to start until a later study period, and have requested to delay your studies for one - two years
  • Withdrawn - your application has been withdrawn from our system

You can check the status of your application at any time, by logging in to your UniSQ applicant portal.
