How do I license my work under Creative Commons?

You need to make sure what that what you are licencing is your own Intellectual Property, or that you have a licence from 3rd parties that allows you to relicense their Intellectual Property under a Creative Commons Licence
Intellectual Property created by UniSQ staff in the course of your employment is the Intellectual Property of UniSQ. For this to be released under a Creative Commons licence you will need approval as detailed in the procedure (forthcoming).
