How do I order a replacement testamur?
Note: Since September 2017, a free digital testamur and free print testamur is issued to when a student successfully completes their award program and becomes a graduate.
Order a replacement print testamur
If a graduate’s print testamur is lost or damaged, a replacement print testamur can be ordered.
- Check the current fee
- Before you order, it may be necessary to complete a Change of Name and Personal Details form and provide official identification documentation
- Complete the Replacement Testamur Request form including the Statutory Declaration (if required) and email the form to graduations@usq.edu.au so staff can raise an invoice in your Student Centre
- If you are required to return your existing print testamur to USQ, post or courier it to the mailing address at the top of the form, and include the original Replacement Testamur Request form
- Here’s how to make payment so your order can be completed. Once your order has been paid for and completed you will receive an email confirmation
- Please call Freecall 1800 007 252 if you have further questions and ask for the Graduations Office.
We highly recommend returning your print testamur and/or form with Statutory Declaration via Aust Post-Registered Mail/Aust Post-Express Post/International Courier ie FedEx or DHL to ensure your documents arrive quickly, and are processed quickly.
Order a digital testamur
Select past graduate’s are now able to purchase a digital testamur. Check to see if this is possible based on when you graduated.

- Before you order, it may be necessary to complete a Change of Name and Personal Details form and provide official identification documentation
- Complete the Replacement Testamur Request form excluding the Statutory Declaration and email the form to graduations@usq.edu.au so staff can raise an invoice in your Student Centre
