How do I request a late enrolment after the last date to add a course?
Updated
Once the last day to add a course has passed, you will not be able to enrol in a course online through your Student Centre. Enrolment in courses after the last day to add may be permitted in extenuating circumstances and must be approved by the course examiner.
You may request enrolment after the last day to add by submitting a Late Enrolment Request through your Student Centre via the below steps:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre
- Manage Enrolment tile
- Late Enrolment menu item
- Start a New Request
- Follow the prompts and search for course/s to enrol
You can also access Manage Enrolment directly via the link on the Student Portal.
All Late Enrolment Requests must include a statement explaining your reasons for requesting late enrolment and the strategies you will implement to successfully complete the requirements of the course. You may also be asked to provide supporting documentation for your Late Enrolment Request. Your request will be assessed by the Enrolment and Administration team and the course examiner and, if approved, will be processed and a confirmation email sent to your Umail account.
Please note: late enrolment is not accepted for Block teaching periods. Late enrolment may not be available for some students due to program related reasons. If you receive an error message when you select Late Enrolment, you will need to complete and submit a manual enrolment online request form.
If you require assistance requesting a late enrolment, please contact iconnect.
