What services are available at iconnect?

The iconnect service offers you all of the services you need while studying at UniSQ, in one place.
Our concierges are students, just like you, and are trained to help answer your questions and work closely with teams across the University to make sure you leave with the answer you need. Whether you need a Student ID Card, help with enrolment, study support, course requirements, directions, or assessment; we will connect you with the service you require.
We offer iconnect services on-campus and online.
You can find us on campus at Toowoomba in R Block Refectory; Springfield in B Block atrium; and in Ipswich H Block library from 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our online service hours are Monday to Friday from 8am - 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12pm - 5pm (excluding public holidays).
