What do I do if I have problems enrolling?
Updated
If you're having problems enrolling, the following steps may help you troubleshoot:
- You must be active in your program to be able to enrol. You'll be made active up to 48 hours after you accept your offer or after you have been readmitted.
To check if you're active:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre
- Program tile
If you're active, the program will be listed along with your major information.
- Your My Details Checklist and Commonwealth Assistance Forms must be complete. If you are required to complete one (or both) of these forms they'll appear as outstanding tasks in your Student Centre. If either of these forms are outstanding, the system will prevent you from enrolling.
- The course must be available in the study period you are enrolling into, and you must meet the pre-requisites or co-requisites required for the course. You can the Course Specifications or your Recommended Enrolment Pattern in the UniSQ Handbook to see when the course is available and what the requisites are. If your course has a co-requisite there is an additonal step to enrolling.
- You won't be able to enrol yourself if the last day to enrol for the study period has passed. If it has, you will need to submit a late enrolment request.
If you have checked these common issues and are still having difficulties with your enrolment, you must complete the Manual Enrolment online request form for assistance.
