Official Academic Transcripts and/or AHEGS may be ordered online at a cost. A list of fees and charges is available on the bottom of the Administration Fees Schedule webpage.
Before ordering, please ensure your personal details are up to date via:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre
- Personal Details tile
To order your official documents online:
- Log into UConnect
- Scroll down and locate the Student Centre block
- Select Student Centre tab
- Online Requests tile
- Add a New Request
- Official Transcript/AHEGS menu item
- Click New request and follow the prompts.

If you are ordering digital documentation your official document will be available via the secure My eQuals portal. Please check your pop-up blocker settings if the document does not open automatically.

Once your digital official Academic Transcript/AHEGS order has been processed and uploaded you will be notified via your UMail account.
An unofficial transcript may be obtained from:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre button
- Marks and Grades tile
- Unofficial Transcript

Not a current student?
Students who graduated from their program after September 2017 received a free digital Official Academic Transcript and AHEGS accessed via My eQuals portal. Step by step instructions on how to access your documents are available.
If you are unable to access UConnect you can send us an email for assistance. You may telephone us on 1800 007 252 to order and arrange payment for your Official Academic Transcript and/or AHEGS.
