What does the status of my submitted assessment extension request mean?

You may view the status of your current assessment extension requests via:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre
- Online Requests
- Current Requests
Your submitted assessment extension status will change as it progresses through the process. Statuses may include:
| Not Yet Submitted | You are still able to go back into the request to make changes and add supporting documentation |
| Submitted | Your application has been submitted. You may add further supporting documentation if needed |
| Awaiting Documentation | You will need to add supporting documentation for your application to progress |
| Documentation Received | Your request status was Awaiting Documentation and you have now uploaded your documents for your application to progress |
| Pending Assessment | Your application has been submitted and is being assessed by the Assessment Support Team |
| Pending Review | Your application is being reviewed by the appropriate academic (e.g. Course Examiner, Associate Dean, etc.) |
| Pending Processing | Your application has been reviewed by the appropriate academic and is now being finalised the Assessment Support Team |
| Approved | Your application has been approved. You will receive an outcome email and your assessment due date will be updated in StudyDesk |
| Not Approved | Your application has been declined. You will receive an outcome email |
| Withdrawn | Your application has been withdrawn and will not be processed |
